Estimated total: ~11,701 AED - and yes, that busts the 8K name. Prices checked against live Amazon.ae listings on 19 September 2026. The case is the easiest saving here: a plain mid tower brings the total down by several hundred dirhams without touching performance.

Memory is what broke this build. A 32GB DDR5 6000 kit sold for around 350 AED when this guide was first written and now sits near 1,840 AED across every brand on Amazon.ae - see our coverage of the DRAM price climb. That single line item is most of the overshoot, and no parts swap fixes it, because every kit moved together. The GPU is the other half: RTX 5070 Ti stock now starts near 4,770 AED.

To get under 8,000, drop the SSD to the 1TB NV3 (saves ~525), take a B650 board around the 430 AED mark instead of the Tomahawk (saves ~525), and run 16GB instead of 32GB (saves ~600). That lands near 9,500, so the last lever is the GPU itself - an RTX 5070 keeps the build honest at 1440p for roughly 1,500 less. The 9800X3D is the gaming king and does not need an AIO; a dual tower air cooler handles it fine.

What can it do

Verdict: 1440p ultra at high refresh rates is where this build lives. If you want true 4K gaming, you need the RTX 5080/5090 - see our no-budget build. But for 95% of gamers, this is endgame.

Buying this in the UAE

The 850W Gold-rated PSU here has real headroom for the 5070 Ti, which is worth protecting - don't swap it for a cheaper unit to save on the total. Before you order, confirm the case has clearance for the GPU's listed length and check the current RTX 5070 Ti price specifically, since it's the component most likely to have moved since this was last updated. Keep every receipt; UAE consumer law gives you a minimum 1-year warranty on new electronics, and your Amazon.ae order history doubles as proof of purchase if anything needs an RMA.
