PCPartsUAE ("we," "us," "our") operates pcpartsuae.com. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and why we collect it.
What we collect
Analytics data. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use it. It collects anonymised, aggregate data such as pages visited, referral source, country-level location and browser type. It does not use cookies, it does not fingerprint visitors, and it does not collect or store anything that identifies you personally.
Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Newsletter subscriptions. If you enter your email address in the subscribe box on our homepage, we receive that email address so we can send you new guides, price drops and UAE deal alerts. We do not ask for any other detail, we do not sell or share the list, and you can ask us to remove you at any time via our contact page.
Affiliate tracking. Some links on this site are Amazon.ae affiliate links. When you click these links, Amazon may set a cookie on your browser to track purchases for commission purposes. We do not control what data Amazon collects - please refer to Amazon's own privacy policy.
How we use your data
- To improve site content and user experience (aggregate, cookieless analytics)
- To respond to your messages (contact form)
- To send you the guides, price drops and deal alerts you asked for (newsletter)
- To earn affiliate commissions when you make a purchase through our links (Amazon Associates)
Cookies
Our analytics does not use cookies. The only cookies involved are these:
- Amazon affiliate cookies - set by Amazon when you click an affiliate link. These track purchases within 24 hours for commission attribution. We do not control these cookies.

Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Cloudflare - website hosting and cookieless visitor analytics (Cloudflare's privacy policy applies)

- Google Search Console - we submit our sitemap to Google for indexing. Google may collect standard search data.

Data retention
Analytics data is retained by Cloudflare in aggregate form and does not identify individuals. Contact form messages are retained until the enquiry is resolved, then deleted. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
