Memory is what broke this build. A 32GB DDR5 6000 kit sold for around 350 AED when this guide was first written and now sits near 1,840 AED across every brand on Amazon.ae - see our coverage of the DRAM price climb. That single line item is most of the overshoot, and no parts swap fixes it, because every kit moved together.
To get back under 5,000, take 16GB instead of 32GB (saves about 600) and step the GPU down to an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (saves about 500), which puts you near 6,700 - still over. The honest version is that 5,000 AED now buys what 3,500 AED bought when this page was written, and a 1440p card plus 32GB of DDR5 is no longer inside that budget.
