The GTA 6 Collector's Edition | Every Item in the Goodtime State Vice City Collection
Short answer: it is real, it is called Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State Vice City Collection, it is limited, and it arrives on 19 November, the same day as the game. Eleven items, all merchandise, themed on the fictional Leonida television show that Rockstar has been running through the marketing. Two things to know before you get attached to it. The game is not in the box, and it does not ship to the UAE at all. This page is here to show you what is in it and to save you the hour we spent finding that out.
The box
What arrives is a lacquered black presentation case with the Vice City Leonida logo on the lid and a palm filled VI on the front. It opens in layers rather than as a single tray, which is the part that actually justifies the word collection: a lid panel, an upper tray of small goods, a middle shelf for the cap and the bag, and a drawer underneath holding the mirror.

Every item inside
Macca the Gator figure

Six inches of pink alligator in a palm print shirt, holding a martini in one hand and a cigar in the other. The base twists open into a stash compartment, which is the kind of detail that separates a figure someone designed from a figure someone licensed. This is the centrepiece and it knows it.
Sunglasses

Matte black frames with sapphire tinted lenses and a Vice City pink GTAVI logo on the arm. These are a genuine co branded pair rather than a novelty moulding, and along with the cap they are the only two things in here you would plausibly wear outside.
Snapback cap

A structured snapback carrying Vice City Leonida embroidery and appliques rather than a printed logo. Embroidery is the reason this survives a wash and a printed tie in cap does not.
Leonida Keys crossbody bag

Ripstop shell, black and pink patterned lining, woven patches and a custom debossed zipper pull. Of everything here this is the item most likely to get used weekly and least likely to read as merchandise to anyone who has not played the game.
Macca the Gator magnetic mirror

Electroplated pink glass with Macca printed across it, and two large magnets on the back so it either lies flat as a tray or hangs as artwork. It is also, transparently, a prop from the same joke the stash compartment is telling.
Chunkee the Manatee shot glass

Chunkee on the front, a laser etched Rockstar logo on the bottom. Small, cheap to make, and the sort of thing that ends up at the back of a cupboard by February.
Vice City swizzle spoon

A decorative spoon with a debossed enamel Vice City logo and a logo tip. Paired with the mirror and the razor blade keychain, the theme running through this trio is not subtle and is not meant to be.
Razor blade keychain

A metallic keychain shaped like a razor blade, embossed with the GTAVI and Vice City logos. Blunt, in both senses.
Enamel pin set

Nine pins in a custom metal tin. The tin is the good part, because a pin set in a poly bag is a giveaway and a pin set in a printed tin is a keepsake.
Sticker pack

Nine crack and peel vinyl stickers in a stash bag. Vinyl rather than paper, so they will survive a laptop lid and a water bottle.
Double sided souvenir poster

Illustrated Leonida artwork on the front and the full state map on the back. The map side is the one people will actually pin up, and it is the closest thing in this box to the old fold out maps that used to ship inside the games themselves.
The game is not included
This is the single fact most likely to cost somebody money, so it is worth stating without decoration. Rockstar's own wording is that the game is sold separately. There is no disc in the box, no download code, and no in game content attached to the purchase. Buying this does not get you GTA 6 on 19 November. It gets you a figure, a bag, a cap, some sunglasses and a drawer of small objects, delivered on the same day the game happens to launch.
That is a perfectly reasonable thing to want. It is just not the deluxe edition that the phrase collector's edition usually implies, and the two are being conflated freely at the moment.
You cannot order it in the UAE
Opening the product page from a UAE connection replaces the entire buy area with a flat regional block, and no price is shown to us at all. That is why there is no dirham figure anywhere on this page, and why we are not going to estimate one.
This is not a temporary stock problem. The store lists exactly which countries it will send this box to, and the list is short: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and the United States. The UAE is not on it. Neither is anywhere else in the region.
The announcement did say preorder details for Asia, Latin America and Australia would follow, so the list may grow. The Middle East was not named in that either. There is no listing for the set on Amazon.ae, and there is no authorised local route to it today.
That leaves a freight forwarder, which means paying for the box, paying to move it, paying duty, and carrying the risk yourself on a limited item that resellers are already circling. If you are going to do it anyway, go in knowing the landed cost will not resemble the shelf price. And treat any local seller advertising one before launch with real suspicion.
If the shipping list expands to cover this region, this page gets updated with the price and the link.
Our take
As a merchandise box this is better assembled than most. The layered case, the embroidery, the tin and the stash compartment are all decisions someone actually made, rather than a logo dropped onto stock items and shrink wrapped. The poster and the bag will outlive the shot glass and the spoon, but that is true of every set like this.
The problem is not the contents, it is the framing, and the map. Calling it a collection next to a game launch invites people to assume the game is in it, and it is not. Then the store quietly excludes most of the world from buying it anyway. For a reader here the practical answer is short: admire the photographs, keep your AED 299 for the game in November, and do not spend an evening trying to make a forwarder work for a shot glass and a spoon.
