Logitech G102
Budget PickA light six button wired mouse with an 8,000 DPI sensor, for the price of two cinema tickets.
The short version
Short answer: nothing else near 66 dirhams is this good, and most mice at four times the price do not play better.
The sensor is not the limitation
8,000 DPI is far beyond what anyone uses. Most players sit between 400 and 1,600 with a low in game sensitivity, so the ceiling is irrelevant. Tracking is clean and consistent, which is the part that actually decides whether a mouse is usable.
The shape
Small, symmetrical and light, suited to claw and fingertip grips. Large hands that palm the mouse will find it cramped and should look at a bigger ergonomic shape instead.
Where the money was saved
The cable is rubber rather than the soft braided kind, so it drags slightly unless you use a cable holder. The switches are ordinary mechanical ones and can develop a double click after a few hard years. At this price that is a reasonable trade.
Who it suits
Buy it if you are building a first gaming PC and the mouse is the part you care least about, or if you need a spare that is not embarrassing. At 66 dirhams it costs less than a month of most streaming services and it will not be the reason you lose a fight.
Skip it if your hand is large enough to rest flat on the mouse. This is a small shell and a palm grip on it gets cramped within an hour. Skip it too if you already own anything from the 200 dirham class, because the jump from this to that is smaller than people pretend.
What to buy instead
Spend nothing more and there is nothing better in the UAE at this price. Spend around 245 and the Logitech G502 X adds a free spinning wheel and far more buttons, which matters if you play anything with a lot of keybinds. Spend 442 and the G Pro X Superlight 2 is wireless and lighter, which matters only if you play competitively enough to notice.
Buying it in the UAE
Stock on Amazon.ae is consistent and the price rarely moves, which is unusual for peripherals here. There is no benefit to waiting for a sale on something this cheap. The one thing worth knowing locally is that the rubber cable stiffens less in air conditioned rooms than it does in heat, so if the machine sits somewhere warm, a cheap cable holder makes it feel considerably better.
